At Landers Flowers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your floral purchase. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and plants, our return policy differs from traditional retail items. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Fresh Flowers & Arrangements
Quality Guarantee: We guarantee the freshness and quality of our flowers for 7 days from delivery when properly cared for according to our provided care instructions.
Refund Eligibility:
– Reports of quality issues must be made within 24 hours of delivery
– Photo documentation of the issue may be required
– Original receipt or order confirmation must be provided
– Items must not have been damaged due to improper care or handling
Non-Refundable Items:
– Fresh flowers and arrangements after 24 hours of delivery
– Custom or personalized arrangements (unless damaged upon arrival)
– Flowers wilted due to customer negligence or improper care
– Delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by custome
Plants & Garden Items
Return Period: 14 days from purchase date for live plants
Condition Requirements: Plants must be alive and in original condition
Refund Eligibility: Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery for plant health problems
Non-Perishable Items
The following items may be returned within 30 days of purchase:
– Vases and containers (unused, original packaging)
– Silk/artificial flowers (unused, original packaging)
– Garden tools and accessories
– Gift cards (subject to local regulations)
Non-Returnable Items:
– Used vases or containers
– Items damaged by customer
– Special order items (unless damaged upon arrival)
Refund Process
How to Request a Refund:

2. Provide order number and photo documentation if applicable
3. Describe the specific issue with your order
Processing Time:
– Quality issues: Refund or replacement within 2-3 business days
– Other eligible returns: 5-7 business days after item inspection
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Delivery Issues
Wrong Address: If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information provided by customer, redelivery fees may apply.
Recipient Unavailable: We offer one complimentary redelivery attempt. Additional delivery attempts incur extra charges.
Damaged During Delivery: Full refund or replacement provided when reported within 2 hours of delivery.
Special Circumstances
Holiday Orders: Due to high volume during holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), all sales may be final unless flowers arrive damaged.
Weather-Related Issues: In case of severe weather affecting flower quality during shipping, we will work with customers on case-by-case basis for replacement or credit.
Wedding & Event Orders: Custom event work requires 50% non-refundable deposit. Balance may be refunded up to 7 days before event date, subject to cancellation fees.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for:
– Wrong item delivered (our error)
– Damaged items upon arrival
– Significantly different arrangement than ordered
Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
Gift Orders
Gift Recipients: May exchange items following the same policy guidelines
Gift Certificates: Valid for one year from purchase date, non-refundable but transferable
